If you are still having trouble with the bridge between TestComplete/TestExecute and SoftwarePlanner, could you please submit a ticket to the SoftwarePlanner (ALMComplete/QAComplete) support team? All you need to do is log into ALMComplete (or QAComplete) and click the link to the Help Center up at the top right.

i still have issues with the bridge from my laptop an that needs to be sorted out. i will raise an additional ticket for the planner but again, my bridge issue does still exist and i woul love to have it solved
