TestComplete Support for other regional langauges

Question

I am trying to automate testing of a form on Japanese website and I an trying to use the form data in japanese langauge. But whne I look at the recorded test case it call get recorded as '??????'....does Test Complete supports other langauges?

Also, few time the test case fails to play with error ' Ambigious recognition of tested object'. Not sure if it is coming because the form is in Japanese.

Hi,To test applications in Japanese, set Japanese as the default language for non-Unicode programs in your system.As for the 'ambiguous recognition' warning, the "About the 'Ambiguous Recognition of the Tested Object' Message" contains information on resolving it.

I tried using the UTF setting but still the issue is not going away. I can circumvent the input issue by reading the input from file. But how should I add checkpoint to the confirmation page if the confirmation text that I need to test is stored as ???? in the test.
