TestComplete Support for other regional langauges

I am trying to automate testing of a form on Japanese website and I an trying to use the form data in japanese langauge. But whne I look at the recorded test case it call get recorded as '??????'....

I tried using the UTF setting but still the issue is not going away. I can circumvent the input issue by reading the input from file. But how should I add checkpoint to the confirmation page if the confirmation text that I need to test is stored as ???? in the test.
