TestComplete not recognizing Dev Express Controls in Winforms

when I run the winforms application through visual studio, TestComplete recognizes all the objects in Winforms. When I run the same winforms application through exe file, TestComplete does not recognize the controls. controls are not recognized when the test complete launches the application

See Supported Technologies and Applications. You might need to enable MSAA Objects. You also need to check your build settings and ensure that Microsoft Active Accessibility is enabled in release mode.
