TestComplete Licence Manager Requirements

Question

If I want my TestComplete floating licence clients to be able to be authorised by the Licence Manager do they have to be on the same Windows domain? Or....do they have to be on the same network? Or...do their host PCs have to be able to ping each other? What, exactly are the requirements and restrictions?

I haven't been able to find a precise definition of what works and what doesn't in the help files.

Hi Jim,I recommend you to go through the 'Activating Licenses - Activating Floating User License', 'How To - Working With License Manager' and 'How To - General Questions' guides and consider the most applicable options.I hope this helps.
