TestComplete issues with Chrome 113

A new browser update is always a risk.  Was the bug we're seeing in the113 beta? If so it would have been pretty easy to test against that and at least send a warning there could be issues ahead or even get a fix in place.  

To be fair SmartBear do specify 112 as the supported version and not to use automatic updates in test browsers so this is what can happen. 

My company basically applies major updates without testing/warning etc.  In this case only TestComplete was impacted by the browser bugs but in future there's a risk of other apps being impacted
