Login for Zephyr is through Microsoft 365 and TestComplete can't complete login

Our company changed our login for JIRA (Zephyr) to be through Microsoft 365. When I try to link a TestComplete test with a Zephyr Test, I get a log in error. I used to be able to connect the two BEFORE they changed our JIRA log in to be through Microsoft 365. Is there a way to fix this?

I've attached a screenshot of the error I receive.

    Try using Keys to type in the log in information. If you are setting the values some other way, the new window may not be recognizing your entry.
