I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. I don't think there's any "standard" set of interview questions for someone interviewing in a position to use TestComplete.
What I've done in the past when I've helped with the interview process has been asking "What automation tool are you familiar with? What did you do with it? Can you give an example of a data driven testing scenario? What scripting languages are you most familiar with?"
If a site is specifically looking for a TestComplete user, they may ask if you're familiar with the tool. But, for the most part, test automation interview questions are non-tool specific beyond that.
