    abishekhari007 could you let me know which version of TestComplete you are using? Please make sure it's 14.40 - the latest one. Could help as well.

i think you should try reinstall the ms access database components. Seems related.

Hi Thank you for the response
I reinstalled the MS Access DB Engine 
but still i face the same as mentioned
