TestComplete Deletes Project?

I have TestComplete 9.1 that I am currently using and it just started doing something really weird.  Sometimes after a test item or test group run, all of the files in the project directory are remove...

This is really very weird. Let's check what process gets access to the IA_TestPlan_40 folder when TestComplete is executing the test. For this, you can use the Process Monitor utility. Let us know your results.
