TestComplete cannot click item on popupmenu during playback

    What is in the region when the first image is no longer there?  Could you check for that on the second pass?

Is this a web or desktop application? WInForms suggest a desktop application. If it is Web application, do you have desktop license?

What do log message and details state?
What do Spy provide you when you select such item?
What happens when in NameMapping you chose to highlight on screen, and what are the recognition details?

Thank you for quick reply guys, there was an issue in Name Mapping. Anyways, it's working now.
