TestComplete break execution in verification of Region Checkpoint in one PDF document

While the execution of TestComplete, when I will make the verification of Region Checkpoint in one PDF document, the TestComplete break, so I need terminate the Adobe reader service, on the management task.
It's don't happen all the time, when I try again it works normally..
I would like to know if someone else had the same problem and if had some solution.
At the time I have TestComplete version 11.31, Adobe reader version 10.1.16 and Windows 10.

    It helps if you are very specific about what happens and when it happens.

     

    Explain "the TestComplete break" - is there an error message?  What is the exact message?

     

    Explain "when I try again it works normally"  -  If you start the test again immediately there is no error or do you have to stop the reader service first or is there something else?

      The moment is being checked PDF image, it is no error message appears, but TestComplete no longer displays its execution and only continues after it finalized the PDF of the process in the task manager. After finishing the process of PDF it continues to scan the image and displays error that could not find the PDF to make the comparison.
