Testcomplete and Slack Integration

I've to post some TestComplete logs to Slack. Is there plugin available or any clue if these can be integrated together for posting the logs?
Any help would be appreciated!

Just confirmed, it's pretty easy to setup actually and can be called directly with test completes aqHttp
