TestComplete 9.3 hanging before execution of scripts (TestedApp not launched at all)

I recently uninstalled 9 and installed the newest 9.3 TestComplete version. TestComplete worked fine the first day and when I came back after a few days I restarted my computer. Now when I click play ...

To me it sounds like permissions issues... Try to move the project files to a new folder you create yourself, and make sure you have read/write permissions to it. If the original files were on a network share, it`s possible the network admin changed permissions somehow.
