Executable is not started using TestedApps

I downloaded TC 8.60 Trial version.

I created a TestedApps item (Setup.exe) however, running the script containing the line TestedApps.Setup.Run does not start the the executable instead it generates an error:



- Unable to run "Setup"

- Script execution was interrupted.



I already disabled UAC of my Windows 7 PC but the same behavior still occurs.

Using other executables does not generate the error.



Can someone tell me what I should do or check in order for me to execute and start Setup.exe?

    Please check whether the problem persists if you run TestComplete as administrator (see the Testing Applications With TestComplete Under Windows Vista and Later Operating Systems help topic for more information). If it does, to help us investigate the problem, please zip your entire project suite folder along with the log of the failed test execution and send us the archive via our Contact Support form. Make sure that messages in your log correspond to the latest version of your tests.

    But I was able to run setup.exe before reading your post.

    And yes, I did it by starting TC as administrator.
