I am runnig 9.3, which is supposed to have the patches fixing this from 9.2.  This happens rarely, but when I get the message to Run TestComplate9\Bin\aqReporterHelper.exe, it always kills TestComplete and therefore my test.  Attempts to use the suggestion above haven't worked becasue of the intermittent nature. When I try, the tests work. When I don't they work most of the time, but fail intermittently. I cannot upgrade to TC10. Any further suggestions?
