How to resolve "All available TestComplete license seats are currently in use" error

Hi,

I was using testcomplete with a single user license on a PC which has now become unresponsive and now we are unable to use that now.

Now that I am trying to login testcomplete to a new PC it is giving an error "All available TestComplete license seats are currently in use".

What can I do to login testcomplete on the new PC as I can't log it out on the previous PC
