It might help others to suggest you something if you let us know at least what actual problem you have met with and for what exact version of TestComplete (Help|About). Any other additional information might help as well (something like you do when you report a problem with the tested application to your developers).

I had a memory consumption problem, when I used "Object Spy" the information read by it was stored in memory and was not destroyed after the Object Spy screen was closed. As a result, this data accumulated in memory until an "Out of memory" error occurred.
I was mapping a Delphi application.
I reported the issue to SmartBear and the issue was resolved in version 12.2.
