TestComplete 12 - memory leak (?)

Hi

 

I'm working with TestComplete 12 and test a PowerBuilder Desktop application.

Do you also have memory problems? A view times a day.

    Hi

     

    I've got the same problems when working with DelphiScript and testing Delphi application.

    Actually I faced 2 issues:

    1) Memory size grows while a test is running. It looks like something happens when Refresh() method is used but I couldn't reproduce the problem with a kind of simple test with simple application.

    2) Memory size flies up like a space rocket when using code completion. It is enough to press Ctrl+Space and scroll to the botton and back several times to reproduce.

      Re code completion memory usage:  talk to your support rep and investigate whether patch CC-7452 can help.

        I'm seeing the 12.0  TestComplete.exe process grow to 2.7GB+ during execution with Python being the implementation language & running against a JavaFX AUT.

         

        Where can patch 7452 be obtained, only from rep?
