TestComplete 10 waits indefinitely for Winword process on Windows 10

Hi,

I have a issue while waiting for process WINWORD.exe via TestComplete 10.

We recently moved TestComplete project suite to Windows 10. The workflow is that application generates a report in word file. Even though word file is opened, TestComplete waits for WINWORD process indefinitely.

We used the following in VB Script,

If Sys.Process("WINWORD").Exists Then

.........

End If

---------------------------------------------------------

If Sys.WaitProcess("WINWORD", 2000).Exists Then

.............

End If

Execution will wait at the "If" statement indefinitely, even though Word file is open.

To release the control to next line, Word file must be closed explicitly.

No luck so far :(. Please help.
