Test Execute product install

I recently got subscription on Test Execute and installed the product.

While launching it says 'cannot launch another instance of this application'. I have no  other Test execute launched and this is the first time I am trying to launch after installation. I have Test Complete also installed on the same machine.

Any idea why I get this message.

    Also check your Task Manager in case an earlier instance didn't shut down.

    Also, TestComplete and TestExecute cannot run simultaneously. Just one of them.

    You can only have one running instance of the application. Test Execute will be in the taskbar notification area
