Test Complete license managerS

So among the team here where I work, we mostly use TC 8 Standard Edition. There is one person who needs to use our one license for Enterprise until we get everyone upgraded. This person is currently using Standard as well. We have a loverly TC 8 license manager that we can connect to for our Standard Licenses. I have two questions about the Enterprise.



My network guy says he has installed TC 8 license manager for Enterprise on a different machine. What I believe needs to happen is that we leave everyone else on the team happily alone since they are all working fine. The person who needs enterprise license must configure Test Complete to point directly there. My recollection is that there is a local web app on the Test Complete client machine. But that is the last I remember. I cannot find instructions on this site. Can anyone refer me to instructions of this type?



Also, when I first loaded my TC 8 software, it sought the license manager. It prompted me with the various unsupported features which I chose to disable. My recollection is that the software between standard and enterprise is no different, just what is accessed from license manager. Is there any way, once pointing to the enterprise license manager, to get TC to re-enable the enterprise features without reinstalling?
