Telerik support

Hi    Just trying to evaluate test complete. But when I try to select individual elements in a webpage it will only select the entire page. The webpage is coded using Telerik. Is there anyway to...

    Hi,

      Do you have the required plugin installed "Telerik Web Control Support plugin." Also can you provide the following details

     

    1. Screenshot of the Properties & Methods available for the web page in advanced view mode.

    2. The technology the webpage is developed is it Silverlight / ASP.Net/ CEF based.

     

    Incase of a Silverlight based application please make sure the xap file is compiled using the testComplete tcAgPatcher.exe .

-- What browser, exact version and bitness?

-- Is the used browser supported by TestComplete (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/supported-technologies/development-tools.html#Web)?

-- If not, does the patch for the browser exist (https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/testcomplete/)?

-- Have you prepared your browser as required (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/web/general/preparing-browsers/index.html)?

-- Does TestComplete support used Telerik version (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/supported-technologies/controls/telerik.html)?
