TC9.0 make my application crash

I playback VBS script TC9.0(demo version) to test my application ( QT 4.8 appliction). But TC9.0 make my application crash. My OS is Win7 domp file ia attached

THis script is running on TC9.20. But TC9.20 can not recording actions no QT4.8 appliction. And these actions could be recorded  onTC9.0.1312.
