TC poping up in front of other windows

Question

Whenever I start TC or stop a test, when TC is loading I have time to check the status of my webapp or check something else. The thing is, I can never do that "in peace" because TC keeps poping up in front of other windows before finishing loading...

Same thing happens when I add a lot of existing items to my project or clear all the logs...

This is really anoying now that TC10 is slower than TC9.31...
