TC 9.31 to TC 10.30 instructions
I currently have TC and TestExecute 9.31 and use floating and node-locked licenses. I am looking for instructions on how to go update my PCs, Projects and Licenses to get everything from 9.31 to 10.30...

According to the "Installing TestComplete in Silent Mode" article, you can call the -remove command-line parameter of the Setup.exe executable to remove TestComplete 9 and all its features from the computer.
