Actually, before certain changes that occurred in TestComplete development early 2022, it was not a rare case for TestComplete to release great new features as a part of regular minor release. This (might be) a reason why old users of TestComplete pay attention to every new version, even if it is minor release.
Unfortunately, nowadays minor releases seem to become a kind of bug-fixing patches and everyone should not upgrade blindly, but after careful and thorough verification of new version on their specific environment and tested application.
Alas. :(
And yes, I also used to update to every minor release and enjoy stable new and previous functionality. But not now. Sigh...
