According to the information from the "Supported Syncfusion Controls" article, TestComplete officially supports Syncfusion controls only for .NET. It means that it's impossible to use custom TestComplete methods and properties over the WPF Syncfusion controls. Most probably, you will need to use controls' methods and properties to test your application. Please refer to the What If My Control Is Not Supported? section of the Supported Controls article to learn how to do this.
