It's probably not great, but you can organise tests into groups, and enable/disable the ones you want to run

Since you're launching tests from the CLI, you can specify which group to execute in the CLI command with the “/test” argument (ex. /test:"Group1”). Each group in the execution plan can be a different workflow, like a Smoke Test, Regression Suite, etc. In the CLI, you will be able to choose which workflow to execute or be able to execute multiple workflows. I've add links to the SmartBear documentation on how to add groups in the Execution Plan and the command line syntax.
