Send Generated Test Report using Email automatically after the completion of Test Runs

Please help with the detailed steps for the sending the generated Test Report using Email automatically after the completion of Test Runs. I have tried going through documents but it was not of much help.

I want to add a script at the end of the keyword driven test, so that after the completion  of Automation run , the test report automatically get sent to the desired email address.

Also, please let me know if any other way is available to do this.
