Saving Test Results with Screenshots

Hello, I have TestComplete script which will capture screenshot at each event and store the '.png' images to the specified folder. Now I am trying to achieve the similar output but I wanted to save/store the screenshots in the word document which will be quiet easier to share those with the leadership and also is there a way to push the TestComplete test logs to the word doc?

For Info, I am using '.SaveToFIle' method to store the captured images to the folder
