Running MSTests

I was wondering if there was a way to specify a specific unit test when running MSTests

from TestComplete. You need to provide an exe or dll and then it would run all the unit tests for the exe or dll. I am trying to create a UnitTest item which may is only executing a subset of all the unit tests in the dll.
