I would suggest:
- Create your new directory structure,
- Create a new (empty) Project Suite in that directory,
- Clone your existing Projects (not Project Suite) into the new Project Suite.
- In TestComplete, right-click on the Project Suite, click Add > Existing Item and add the cloned projects.
