Regserver fails with exit code 3221225781

Hi,

 

While installing the latest version of TestComplete (11) on Windows 7 OS, prompts error Regserver fails with exit code 3221225781 and installation gets completed. On starting the TestComplete HHCTRL.OCX error is prompted.

Please let me know your comments and also want to know how do we resolve this issue?
