Regarding database table checkpoint

Hi can someone help me configuring postgresql jdbc connection for database table checkpoint.

I have postgres installed in my local and I have database. Through database table checkpoint, I am trying to provide connection details. But i dont find jdbc providers. Could you please help me on this. Is there supported jars to be added? If yes, plz provide jdbc jar version etc..
