Recording the Client Application's Installation process

Hi



I'm working with Excel client application. And I need to automate the installation process of the application.But when I try to do this, only the first step is record in TestComplete.Other installation steps are not recorded.



Is there a way to do this?

    We need to look deeper into the situation. To help us investigate the behavior, please zip the entire project suite folder and send us the archive. Also, please record a video demonstrating how the target test recording starts, what actions you perform during the test recording and the resulting test. You can use Jing, which is a free recorder. Send us the video along with the project suite.
