Do you have a Floating licence or a Fixed User licencse?

      There's a few likely scenarios that it may not work,

      • You have a Floating license with only 1 concurrent seat
      • The license is associated with your SmartBear account
      • Your colleague's account isn't authorized
      • The VM is using a license configuration that isn't appropriate for multiple users
