Because you are bound to the SCC, I suspect that when someone else makes a change to the project you're using, it is being detected by your session. Can you tell if it happens when someone makes a change? Does it still happen if you unbind from the SCC? Regardless, you might want to open a support case to see if there are any patches or other workarounds.
There is people working on the same project, but not on same the same branch, and this should only happen when people push something and we have like 2-3 commit per day only.
Plus last week, the people who were working on the same project were in vacantion, so i was alone on the project and i was having problem.

Is there a way to unbind the project suite to the source control?
I have check this article from the support, but the unbind button is disable.
Since I use SourceTree to do my push/pull and commit, the source control in TC is useless.

Any specific virusprotection system on your system which collegaes dont use?
Do you collegaes use x64 system as well? and is the SCC 64bit version?
