Is the Object Spy tool able to recognise any of the UI objects in https://smartbearstore.smartbear.com/samples/TestComplete14/smartstore/? Either in IE Mode or not.
If not, can you perform a manual reinstall of the extension as shown in About SmartBear Test Extension. Ensure it's actually enable,
It is possible that Group Policy settings could effect Edge.
I tried the Object Spy Tool and it can't seem to recognize anything smaller than the entire page.
I have tried installing and re-installing the extension multiple times to no effect.
