    You could just do:

    function openDevTools() {
      Sys.Browser("chrome").Page("*").Keys("[F12]")
    }

It absolutely works on the Page object. I did it yesterday.

    No, like rraghvani said, TC cannot interact with the UI objects in dev tools

    Use the Object Spy tool, to see what UI objects are exposed.
