AlexKaras already I have shared everything in the community page you can refer here "https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Questions/Excel-error/m-p/258023#M112170"

Rraghvani helped me on that time he said that it should check with my service team but I have checked I have all the permission for that but still I am facing the issue.

So, I am trying to connect with support team or I will change the code for fetching the excel values
