Re-attempt to get certificate for course TestComplete Introductory Training

Hi Team, Can you please tell me how can I re-attempt the exam to get the certification of TestComplete Introductory Training course?

Rache1Could you please help me with this as well. I have failed two attempts and can't attempt the exam again for the certificate.
