Oracle provider for OLE DB driver is not appeared in provider tab in Data link prorperties

One of my colleague has installed Test complete and trying to get DBTables access, Surprisingly Oracle Provider OLE DB is not displayed on the provider tab.  I am not sure how it has been isntalled in my computer.  Do we need to install Oracle OLE DB driver manually  or Test complete would provide libraries.  Please suggest me.

    Hi Pradeep,



    a) You need to install any OLE DB provider separately, TestComplete does not include any of them;

    b) As TestComplete is 32-bit application, the installed provider also must be of 32-bit architecture.

      Is the current version of TestComplete is still 32bit or migrated to 64bit?

        Hi,

         

        Yes, TestComplete is 32-bit application but can control both 32- and 64-bit applications.
