If you use keys Ctrl + T, it will open a new Tab.

I tried but I opens a new page on the same tab

For me Ctrl + T works to open a new tab, can you check your shortcut bindings? maybe it's changed somehow

Ctrl + T works if I do it by mylself but if I record it with TC and then Run the routine it does not work. If I have an open tab it does not open another tab

I had the same problem with Shift + F3, which was already bound in TC, maybe you could check if in TC the key combo is already binded to something.
I might have another soluton which is MiddleMouseButton on any link, that opens a new tab then use that tab to go to a new page, dirty solution but might work
EDIT: Binded = Bound? i think

The strange thing is that TC recognizes the new tab command:
"Browsers.Item(btEdge).Navigate("edge://newtab/");"
I don't understand why it does not work. Where can I check if the combo are binded?
