One month left on the subscription

Hello,

I am currently using a 1year Desktop Module (Fixed License) subscription of TestComplete under my ID-based account.


There is now one month remaining before it expires.

Could you please clarify what happens once the subscription period ends?

Will I no longer be able to run TestComplete, or will it still be usable while only the maintenance/support is unavailable?

  • Once the Desktop Module license expires, you will no longer be able to run TestComplete with that module. You can still launch TestComplete, and use another module (providing you have a valid license), such as Web Module as shown below.

      Thank you for letting me know.

      If I extend my subscription before it expires, will the price be cheaper?
      I ask because I understand that it is cheaper than subscribing anew.

      I'd appreciate your answer if you know.
