User subscription management
If we have 30 Atlassian users and only 10 need to use Zephyr - how do I manage this so that we are only charged for 10 users? Paying for all 30 users means that the app becomes unaffordable

For Zephyr apps on Jira Cloud, pricing is tied to the Jira user tier, not to the number of people who actively use Zephyr.
The basic principle is:
- Atlassian determines your Jira subscription tier (e.g., 10 users, 100 users, 500 users, 1,000 users, etc.).
- Marketplace apps are licensed against that same Jira tier.

Hello, did you receive a response to this question. We are also faicng a smiliar issue.
No reply at all, did you find any direct contact with Zephyr? In fact they contacted me with a performance survey but when i replied asking about the above they ignored me.
I did ask the question today, but I wanted to double-check with you as well since I hadn't seen a response to your earlier message. I also couldn't find a direct contact. 😕
