Zephyr CSV Reports Stuck in Processing for Large Date Ranges

We are experiencing an issue when generating Zephyr reports in CSV format, particularly when using large date ranges and high volumes of test data.

When the reporting period is longer than one month, the CSV report remains in Processing and does not complete. When we use shorter periods, such as less than one month, the report is generated successfully.

Has anyone experienced the same behavior?

Is this a known limitation or issue when exporting large volumes of data to CSV? Is there a recommended configuration or approach to generate CSV reports covering longer periods without splitting them into multiple reports?

This is important for customers managing large volumes of test cases and execution history, where generating multiple smaller reports and manually consolidating them is not a sustainable operational solution.

We would appreciate SmartBear's guidance on whether this is a known issue or limitation and what solution is recommended for customers who need to export large volumes of historical data.
