Occasionally TestComplete doesn't recognize firefox 16 as a browser process, just normal os process

Hello,



I have the same problem.

I'm trying the trial version.

Sudenly, test complete start to see FF and IE as processes, not browser objects.

The chrome is browser object only.

How can i fix it?
