Object spy takes long time to highlight object

Application- .Net

Test Complete Version- 8



Issue-

Whenever I try to do the namemapping using object spy it takes too much time to highlight  the object.



Testcomplete software is installed on two different OSs one is Window server 2003, and the other is Window Server 2008 R2 . I don't have any problem on Window Server 2003 but the problem is on Window Server 2008 R2.



I try to fix the problem by going to File | Install Extensions   and uncheck .NET Classes Support , then Objcet spy doesn't take long time and works fine.

and when I recheck it again, the problem return back.

    Switch off any extensions you're not using in the project to improve performance.



    You said you switched off the .NET one and it improved. Do you need the .NET extension? If you don't just switch it off ...
