Object Hierarchy Not Being Preserved?

I've got 4 keyword tests that are all hitting the same page, dialogues and everything. The only thing that is different is the journey that each script makes to get to that end page that all 4 tests hit. 



For some reason, two of the tests function fine and then, when the next one hits, it completely loses the hierarchy and I can't seem to get it to be consistent.



I've tried using the name mapping editor(per the video tutorial) and moving the objects around to correct for the change, but it's still behaving strangely.



Could I be doing something wrong?
